Introducing HouzCalls with Dr. Rachelle Reed, our Chief Health & Science Officer! The HouzCalls blog is a place where we talk about the science of sweat and how to navigate the world of wellness and recovery.
Rachelle earned a B.A. from UNC-CH, as well as an MS and Ph.D from UGA, in Kinesiology. She also completed postdoctoral training in exercise psychology, is a long-time group fitness coach, a certified nutrition coach, and part-time teaching faculty at UGA. She combines academic training and industry experience into a unique package within the wellness franchise space. In her role as our Chief Health & Science Officer, Rachelle aims to share the science behind our wellness experiences, helping you apply the science of what works to your life.
